The pop-rock band Louder Than Words released their new single “Stockholm” on May 3rd. This single is the band’s first release in over a year and their first to feature their new vocalist.

About “Stockholm”, the band states:
“Ever since our hiatus in April 2018, we’ve been focusing hard on the future of the band. We’ve been constantly writing and recording. “Stockholm” is a song that hits home for us and it shows who we really are, musically. We plan on releasing 2 more singles before August, following with an EP later in the year. Our new music is 110% raw emotion and more heartfelt than ever before.”

Louder Than Words formed in August of 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada. After the release of their first EP ‘Letters & Lovers’ in 2016, the band quickly built a solid foundation for who they were as a band and gained a lot of local recognition. After only two shows, they were chosen by the director of The Studio at the Palms to play Extreme Thing 2016 where they opened for popular acts such as Set It Off, State Champs, The Story So Far, The Maine, and Mayday Parade. The band went on a successful eight week tour in 2017, but 2018 brought the departure of Spencer Berry (vocals). After teasing new changes in the coming months, they announced that Dillon Potkay-Moore would be joining the band as their new (and current) vocalist. The band currently consists of Dillon Potkay-Moore (vocals/rhythm guitar), Christian Hill (lead guitar), Esteban Ruelas (bass), and Jonathan Buzzin (drums).

Continuing to develop and craft their sound, the band has been hard at work on new music. The new single “Stockholm” is a strong introduction to the energetic pop-rock they have been creating, and it is the first of many releases for them in 2019. A music video for “Stockholm” will be released in a couple weeks and the band intends to release an EP later this year. There is a lot coming our way from Louder Than Words, and we are looking forward to all of it.
