Ahead of the release of their debut EP ‘Nothing Left To Say’, pop-rock band Like Satellites released the lead single “Catch My Breath” along with a lyric video for the song. The straightforward and honest track introduces all the themes from the EP and serves as an introduction. The EP was produced by Sam Guaiana and engineered by Scott Komer with additional production by Okan Kazdal of Nevrlands.

About “Catch My Breath”, vocalist Leah Gillespie stated:
“This song came out of a really turbulent time when I was losing a lot of people because of my own mental health and because I was holding onto things and people that I kind of knew weren’t coming back. Writing and performing it is really cathartic for me, and I hope that it can do that for other people too when they listen to it or hear it live.”

Like Satellites formed in 2016 in Toronto, Ontario. The band has a fresh sound that hints at nostalgic summers at Warped Tour while being influenced by the likes of We are the In Crowd, All Time Low, Brand New, Taking Back Sunday, Something Corporate, and Bring Me The Horizon. The members blend their collective experience in bands to create a balance of maturity and melodrama with soaring melodies and punchy lyrics. Above all else, the band has a drive to release music that people want to listen to with the windows down and the volume turned up.
