From the ashes of I AM GHOST (Epitaph Records) has risen My Immortal Enemy. While gearing up for the release of their upcoming debut album ‘Akuma’, the band has released their newest single “I, Devil’lyn” as well as a lyric video for the song.
My Immortal Enemy is the new metal/hardcore project of Steven Juliano (lead vocals), who was the lead vocalist for I AM GHOST. The other members of the band are Jacklyn Paulette (lead guitar/vocals), Corey Cota (guitar/vocals), Joel Chandler (bass), and Ryan Loomis (drums). After taking a year to write and record ‘Akuma’, it is set to be released this year. It was recorded at Indigital Studios (Santa Cruz, California) and mixed/mastered by Zack Ohren (Machine Head, All Shall Perish, Set Your Goals, Stick To Your Guns) with orchestral synth composed by Ben Isaac.
Based in Santa Cruz, the band is creating a buzz throughout California and beyond as they build a following. With anticipation building for ‘Akuma’, My Immortal Enemy is excited for the future and everything that it has to offer them from the release of the debut album to touring world-wide.
