MEST will be releasing their new album ‘Masquerade’ on January 17th. 350 Brewing Co. is presenting MEST UP WEEKEND! which will take place that Friday and Saturday. The weekend will feature a special album listening party with the band and more.
On Friday, January 17th, the band will host a listening party for their new album ‘Masquerade’ and play an intimate acoustic show for VIP ticket holders. On Saturday, January 18th, they will play their album ‘Wasting Time’ in its entirety with some special guests.

Since forming in a working class suburb of Chicago in 1995, the band has been tearing up the punk rock scene. Playing in local Chicago punk clubs, the group self-released their debut album ‘Mo’ Money, Mo’ 40’z’. The band got their first real break when frontman Tony Lovato sent their album to Goldfinger’s John Feldmann who helped them get signed to Maverick Records and produced their major-label debut ‘Wasting Time’, which was released in July 2000. Since then, the band has released three more albums on Maverick Records (‘Destination Unknown’ in 2001, self-titled in 2003, and ‘Photographs’ in 2005) and toured the world many times. The band currently consists of Tony Lovato, Matt Lovato, Jeremiah Rangel, and Nick Gigler.
MEST’s upcoming release ‘Masquerade’ was produced by Cameron Webb (Alkaline Trio, NOFX) and will be distributed via The Orchard.
