While it has been eight years since the tragic death of punk rock legend Tony Sly of No Use For A Name, his memory is still alive. Austria-based SBÄM, in cooperation with his widow Brigitte Sly and his brother Jonathan Sly, released an exclusive charity shirt design. Proceeds will go to the Tony Sly Music Foundation For Kids.

The shirt is a multicolored print that is available on five different color shirts. The design is inspired by the No Use For A Name classic lines “What’s your name?” and “F*** you, that’s my name!”, which is a also a quote from the movie ‘Glengarry Glen Ross’ and was used a lot by the band. The colorful shirt reinterprets one of the band’s favorite motifs.

About the shirt, graphic artist Stefan Beham stated:
“As a visual artist, I loved No Use For A Name’s artwork as much as I loved the music. A lot of time has passed since there was new merchandise, so I worked on this shirt with Brigitte and Jon.”

Continuing, he stated:
“So let’s keep the memory of Tony and No Use For A Name alive by giving children the opportunity to express themselves through music.”

All proceeds from the shirt will be donated to the Tony Sly Music Foundation For Kids, which helps provide musical education for children.
