Buffalo-based metalcore band Until I Wake released their new single “Less Of Me” along with its music video. The track slows things down a bit and features lyrics that tug at the heartstrings while the video takes a creative approach of using green screen technology mixed with live performances.

About “Less Of Me”, vocalist Cody Johnson stated:
“[It] is a song that shows our softer side. We recorded the video ourselves due to lockdown from covid-19. The lyrics are about giving up on a relationship that feels one sided, watching someone move on and not seem to care while you are left hurting.”

Until I Wake only formed earlier this year, but they have already caught the attention of Alternative Press, Kerrang!, Loudwire, and a handful of large playlists. They’ve grown a vast Spotify and YouTube following, stacking thousands of streams daily since their debut, with audiences comparing them to artists such as Underoath, Asking Alexandria, and We Came As Romans. Recently, they also graced the cover of Spotify’s ‘Top Of The Core’ playlist.
