The alt-rock band Winchester released their single “Into You” as well as its accompanying music video. With its raw riffs, explosive vocals, and individual flow, this track has the ability to fill you up and make you hungry for more.

About the track, vocalist Adam Catalan stated:
“This song dives deep into the existential dread and anxiety that accompanies seeing society rot around you. It is more of an anti-suicide song than anything else. Throughout the track we dip in between manic optimism and survivor’s guilt. We just wanted to express that ourselves as all three of us experience both of these things on a regular basis. In the accompanying music video, we exist in a dystopian future and struggle with the discovery of things that humans take for granted and abuse.”

Hailing from the South West of England, the Bristol/Cardiff-based band consists of Adam Catalan (vocals/bass), Scott Mahoney (guitar/vocals), and Max Edkins (drums/vocals). In 2018 they released their debut album ‘Life Begins At These Dead Ends’ which garnered them immediate support. Recently, they locked themselves away to write and record their anticipated next release ‘POWER (I/O)’. The EP is set to come wrapped within its own visual universe, deepen the trip into a disturbingly relatable dystopian future, and bring you their heaviest but most hook-driven efforts yet.

Drawing from the intense social climate of today, Winchester nurtured a sound and a concept that rings true with the twists and turns of tomorrow. They have toured the UK and Europe multiple times including touring as main support for German metalcore band Time, The Valuator. The band has also shared the stage with the likes of Dream State, Caspian, Loathe, and Holding Absence.

Be on the lookout for more releases from Winchester soon.
